You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers

  • The cost ranges from around 45 euros to 110 with all transport, food and materials included. We recommend taking the train (see transport tab) to make the experience low cost.

  • At the moment, the experiences are most for adults, but we do offer some 5+ activities and hope to offer more family activities soon.

  • All activities are currently in English though the leaders will understand Catalan and speak in English and Spanish - more Catalan led activities on the way!

  • We will always try our best to continue with the activity and only cancel if there are weather warnings from the government. In this case we will offer a refund or reschedule- as you decide.

    At Made My Dia, we want your creative journey through Cardedeu to be as beautiful and safe as possible. Because our activities involve outdoor cycling/walking and artistic materials, we monitor weather conditions closely.

    Extreme Weather & Official Alerts

    In the event of extreme weather—including but not limited to heavy rain, high winds, or extreme heat—where the Spanish Meteorological Agency (AEMET) or Meteocat issues a Yellow, Orange, or Red alert, we reserve the right to cancel the event for the safety of our guests and the integrity of our art supplies.

    1. Rescheduling First

    If we must cancel due to weather, our priority is to keep the creativity flowing!

    • We will contact you as soon as possible (usually at least 24 hours in advance).

    • We will offer you a selection of alternative dates to reschedule your activity.

    2.Cancellations & Refunds

    If a reschedule is not possible for you due to an official weather cancellation by us, we will provide you with a Credit Voucher valid for 12 months that can be passed onto a friend at any time for no extra charge—just let us know!

    If you cancel:

    Between 7 days and 48 hours' notice: 50% refund (to cover prepared materials and secured space).

    Less than 48 hours or No Show: No refund is possible, as materials and staff have been committed.

    Transfer: You may transfer your spot to a friend at any time for no extra charge—just let us know!

  • For individual bookings you can change the date up to one week before the activity, as it takes a lot of planning so we need to ensure we can accommodate any changes.

  • How you get to the activity will need to be the responsibility of the client, unless we have booked transport for you. We cannot refund for train cancellations but will do our best to help you find other ways to get to the experience.

  • We offer local produce including

    Pan Con Tomate, Cheese, Los borregos de cardedeu, nuts, home made cake, juice and water.

    As most activities finish at 2pm, please do also bring a packed lunch if you would like something more than snacks or enjoy the towns restaurants.
