Hi, I’m Joanna, originally from London and living near Barcelona. Yep, it’s not an unheard story…an English person moving to Barcelona in search of sun and sea.
But what struck me was how much more there was to Barcelona than its postcard image and how little people knew about the hidden gems. Within an hour, the city gives you snowy peaks, hidden deltas, and valleys: the "wild gardens" that even locals sometimes don’t know about.
Why Made My Day? We take you beyond the sightseeing by combining nature with immersive history and creative workshops, ensuring you create special memories, gain new skills and have the chance to create your own handcrafted piece of Cataluynia.

The cost ranges from around 50 euros to 110 with all transport, food and materials included. We recommend taking the train (see transport tab) to make the experience low cost.

At the moment, the experiences are most for adults, but we do offer some 5+ activities and hope to offer more family activities soon.

All activities are currently in English though the leaders will understand Catalan and speak in English and Spanish - more Catalan led activities on the way!

We will always try our best to continue with the activity and only cancel if there are weather warnings. In this case we will offer a refund or reschedule- as you decide.

For individual bookings you can change the date up to one week before the activity, as it takes a lot of planning so we need to ensure we can accommodate any changes.

How you get to the activity will need to be the responsibility of the client, unless we have booked transport for you. We cannot refund for train cancellations but will do our best to help you find other ways to get to the experience.
