Children in Catalunya know the stories of Sant Jordi, the history of Gaudí, the legend of La Vella Quaresma, and the local Gegants. They aren't just familiar with these traditions, they are passionate about them.

By translating these local and regional traditions into English-led crafts, we capture their imagination in a new way. We get them excited about learning tactile skills and new vocabulary through stories they already love.

Depending on age ranges, we offer these outdoor experiences:

• Clay and Plant Pressing: Focused on observation and natural textures.

• Cyanotype: Exploring the science of light and shadows.

• Modernist Printing Techniques: Learning about heritage, patterns, and logic.

• Looming: Developing spatial awareness and fine motor skills.

By engaging in these activities in English, students learn practical verbs, adjectives, and nouns related to artistic processes and the world around them.
